

It's actually Helleborus orientalis -- Lenten Rose -- but it's Alleluia season, so I'll briefly rechristen this lovely plant.

I've always wanted to plant hellebores. Maybe I should wait until I don't have children who put things in their mouths on at random though.

I'd wait. Amy Stewart has a book, _Wicked_Plants_, which is a pretty good overview of plants that are, er, problematic. I don't think I'd have a one in my yard whilst children are playing there.
