Okay, who's a-comin'? And, while your dorm. is nice, I'm really loving your guest room.
Am I assuming correctly that those photos ARE of your house!??! :)

My BIL and four of his friends, on their way to Sturgis.
Yup, that's the old homestead. The guest room is something I try to make a real haven for whomever comes. It has been pretty well reviewed ;-)
The dorm is actually the sitting room at the bottom of the stairs and, through the doorway, the library. The beds with striped linens are air-thinger-ma-bobbers. Amazon had an absolutely kicking sale on these, about $60 each for double beds. I like that they are bed height, not air mattress height! The bed with the flannel linens (believe or not I keep flannel on the guest bed year round, too, because it is downright COLD downstairs, even in the hottest weather) is a sofa-futon thing that folds flat into a twin bed. It's a dorm, complete with fridge and snacks :-)
Hospitality was a very big deal to my mom. I hope I honor her memory.
P.S. -- Lora cooked most of our dinner tonight and it was incredibly yummy. Like you would not believe good. It was sooooo good.
